Yellowstone National Park is situated in the northwestern corner of Wyoming, USA.  It is one of the more visited National Parks in the USA due to its beautiful Steam Geyers, abundant wildlife, colorful landscape, and wild rivers and streams.  These pictures are from 2009 and were of the sights seen on the lower portion of the 100 plus mile  figure '8' loop.  Plan on staying outside the park in Cody or some other town and driving into the park, there are very limited places to stay within the Park.  Plan on a minimum of six to eight hours for the lower section, the same for the upper part of the loop, and beware that there will be tons of traffic, animals on the roads, and delays.  Also note that most of the park is NOT OPEN during the late fall, winter, and early spring months due to snow.
