The author, Bill McElroy, is a professional writer with many publications in print and being read; this is though his first attempt at documenting the foreign touring industry and its nuances; and hopefully the booklet will give you insights into foreign travel and the potentials of fulfillment, happiness, adventure, and good times that you deserve.  

 

Bill has traveled to Canada, Mexico, Japan, Wake, Guam, Panama, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, Tasmania, India, Ceylon (Sir Lanka), England, France, Germany, and Austria over the years as a tourist, U.S. Military employee, U.S. scientist, and Geological explorer.  He has seen and met many interesting and very friendly people who reached out to help when he needed it, and he thanks each here.
