Traveling to a Foreign Country?

Do you know any of the language or customs of the people that are soon to be your host?

Many people in other lands do speak and understand English because they want our money and were forced into learning English (American English) by our laziness and many times 'superior' attitudes. This is changing in the new world economy where foreigners are traveling to each other's country and avoiding America and Americans at all cost.

We need to learn the customs, languages, history and religions of others before we can pass moral or financial or religious or other judgment upon those in countries not owned by or for Americans. If we do not, then we will eventually be the country and people that suffers; which by the way is already happening and has been since the 1960's.

Please take the time to learn a little about the lands that you are to visit, and when there 'stop and listen' to the sounds that surround you, view the sights, mingle with the locals, and pay attention to your host and their culture, history, aspirations, ideas, and dreams. Doing so will provide you with much enjoyment and a enormously happier vacation or trip.
