Ordering Information: 

Single copies* can be ordered in E-mail or CD/DVD format. 

  All orders require that you have a Paypal account from which to pay.  Paypal accounts frequently are delayed until the account is verified and thus, we only ship when account verification and notice from Paypal is received.

Shipment is usually within three to five working days of your order.

  CD/DVDs are shipped via USPS Monday thru Friday.
