This page allows for the download of a short story about Squirrels, which was written by the author who befriended, fed, and watched the antics of several Neighborhood Squirrels in Pennsylvania for over ten years. 

The Squirrels presented an interesting look into the life and minds of creature that most consider a 'pest', but that turned out to be 'friendly, if not slight untamed, pets'.   Hours of fun can be had just watching these furry nutcrackers as each interacts with the world around him or her.
