How long to see the site, hours, days?

When I schedule a trip or a tour, I like to be sure that there is time allotted to see what needs to be, or do what need to be done. For example, if I am taking a busload of seniors to a show, I want to know the pickup and driving times, the show time, the times allotted for 'personal time' and for meals or other activities. I have to let the restaurant know how many people I am bringing, and at precisely the correct seating time. I have to know the road conditions, the weather conditions, and make adjustments as necessary. If I am scheduling two or more events or have to be at a certain motel by 7 PM, then I have to plan every minute of the day.

The problem is that 95% of the tourist activities in the USA do NOT provide a 'guide' to the amount of time it will take to wait in lines, buy tickets, do the attraction, and get out and on the road again. (Willy Nelson).

This valuable information should be published in the brochures and on the websites of all tourist attractions. I spend hours emailing or phoning, which waste my time and the time of the people answering the request, and that should not be.

Cuánto tiempo para ver el sitio, horas, días?

Cuando Yo programo un viaje o un recorrido, Me gusta ser seguro que hay tiempo asignado para ver qué las necesidades ser, o hago qué necesitan ser hechas. Por ejemplo, si Yo tomo un busload de seniors al espectáculo, Yo quiero saber la recogida y las veces impulsoras, el tiempo de espectáculo, las veces asignaron por 'personaltiempo' y para comidas u otras actividades. Yo tengo que dejar el restaurante saber cuántos gente Yo traigo, y en cabalmente el correcto sentando tiempo. Yo tengo que saber el camino condiciona, las condiciones de tiempo, y hace ajustes tan necesarios. Si Yo programo dos o más los sucesos o tienen que estar en un motel cierto por 7 PM, entonces Yo tengo que planificar cada minuto del día.

El problema es que 95% de las actividades turísticas en la EUA NO provee una'guidéa la cantidad de tiempo tomará para hacer cola, comprar las boletas, hacen la atracción, y conseguir fuera y sobre el camino nuevamente. (Willy Nelson).

Esta información valiosa debería publicarse en los prospectos y sobre las websites de todas las atracciones turísticas.  Yo gasto las horas emailing o telefoneando, que derrochan mi tiempo y el tiempo de la gente que contesta el pedido, y que no debe ser.
