Overnight verses long-term stays in motels and hotels

Many people travel to an area and 'plant' themselves in one motel room for several days. They work their travel and vacation visits from this central location and return back to it each evening after the day's adventure is completed.

But, many also travel from location to location and rarely, if ever spend more than one night at a location. Thus, is the overall problem of traveling, especially for seniors, who by the way make up the largest percentage of touring person in the USA next to foreign visitors.

Guys and Gals, we nomadic travelers only need a bed and a bath, we do NOT need the refrigerator, the stove, the on site gym, or the on site Internet Wi Fi, etc. We need a low cost, clean and quiet place to clean up and then rest for the night. Thus, please offer this to us at an affordable price, we do not want to 'purchase' your building for hundreds per night.

Now, if a person is staying for a week or two, and needs it, then the stove, refrigerator, back massager, gym, etc., may be worth the money to these travelers as they can save on meals by cooking their own, etc. Offer alternate night or even once a week maid and linen service (they only change the bedding once a week at home), and provide a small discount for this 'lack' of extra service.

If you are offering only one evening rooms, then you do not need to have a full restaurant or a swimming pool, etc., but you will need a television, shower, and clean bed in each room. You should also have a chair and small table, and a place for hanging clothing.

If you are offering full-service weekly rooms then you should have the coffee pot, hair dryer, stove, sink, refrigerator, swimming pool, restaurant, etc. You may also consider having a laundry service and maybe a small gift shop and tourist brochure viewing area.

Si usted es el ofrecimiento lleno - atiende salas semanales entonces usted debería tener la olla de café, secador de pelo, cocina, depresión, refrigerador, piscina, restaurante, etc. Usted puede considerar también teniendo un servicio de lavado y quizá un regalo pequeño compra y el prospecto turístico que inspecciona área.
