These are just a sampling of the questions and statements you may encounter in life. This booklet, OurHealthySexLife, is written with the average mom, dad, couple, or teenager in mind; and although it contains some of the 'proper' nouns used to describe the sexual parts and actions of a human body, and some of the problems that one can and probably will encounter over a lifetime, it is written in layman's terms. The idea for the OurHealthySexLife came from a female friend when she encountered Cystocele, also known as a 'Dropped Bladder'; she had never heard of such a condition and was scared to death of what a doctor, a Gynecologist, was going to tell her. As it turned out, the condition is common, somewhat preventable at an early age, and apparently a big secret, until she talked to her girlfriends, many of which have the same condition, but have not told anyone about it.
Sex and the reproductive body parts should not be a 'taboo' subject as most of the population has sex, has had sex, or will have sex, and all of the humans on earth are made up of parts that have to do with the sexual and body function's experience. To 'hide' behind closed doors only perpetuates ignorance, fear of the unknown, and in many instances leads to poor health, spreading diseases, crippling sickness, death, and possible lawsuits.
If you truly love the person you are with, then why would you subject him or her to potential problems? Why would you allow yourself to have potential problems?
Therefore, it is imperative that everyone that has reached the age of puberty learn about his or her body, and his or her partner's body and its functions.
OurHealthySexLife is arranged in alphabetical order, and therefore there is no continuity to the subject matter, but if viewed on a computer, there are inter-page, inter-subject links that will intertwine the subjects as needed. The format is the standard *.PDF, which can be viewed on many cell phones, white page readers, and computers.
There is a very complete Table of Contents, and an even more detailed Index. The TOC subjects can be clicked on to take the user to the subject, the Index items cannot, but will reference the pages where the topic is discussed.
There are Appendixes that contain additional information, including a mother's and a father's check listing for what is needed health wise, before conceiving a child, and afterwards for what the child needs.
Thus, with this in mind, read OurHealthySexLife and experience the world of male and female bodies and health, with emphasis on the sexual health of the human spirit.
