About our e-Books
Our 'Travel the U.S.A.' e-Book Manuals
You have heard of Moon Travel, DK Eyewitness Travel Guides , Lonely
Planet, Rick Steves, Fodor's and Frommer's and these are great
publishers of travel books and manuals, but the question is 'Do you
want a coffee table book' or 'Do
you want guide books that can be used minute to minute mile after mile'
while you are traveling or planning a vacation trip?
Too many guide books are commercialized and being so are out-of-date the
day each is published. Businesses go in and out of business daily and
the 'Great little restaurant or store or motel on the little side street
in Knoxville' may not be there when you are.
Our guides help you to find places to see, visit, or learn from, we
avoid including restaurants, motels, commercial theme parks and the
types of entertainment that change frequently, you can get needed
up-to-date information from the local Chamber of Commerce or Tourist
Bureau in the area you are to visit.
We try to give 'real life' tips on how to pack, how to plan, how to form
an itinerary, and we include things to avoid or which to prepare for so
you do not end up out of gas 100 miles from the nearest station or
without toilet paper on Amtrak, etc. These are the types of tips that
make the difference between a safe, fun vacation and a disastrous and
costly trip.
Our 'Regional Travel the U.S.A.' e-Books
We are working on a series of regional touring manuals that provide the main attraction that one wants to visit along with the dozens of other attractive and usually missed attractions so that you do not get home with the handful of motel brochures and say 'Darn, wish we had seen that'.
By using our guide for places like the Grand Canyon, the American Southwest Grand Circle, or Washington, D.C. you will see in advance what is available and you can plan accordingly.
We will be adding other guides over the next few years and each will be from first-hand experience of the writers and therefore, a value to you and yours.
